Recruitment Consultant

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and professional team. About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from developing client relationships and sourcing candidates to matching the right people with the right roles. You’ll work closely with the team to meet targets and deliver a high-quality, ethical recruitment service. This role also includes participation in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota, providing support to clients and candidates outside normal office hours. Key Responsibilities: • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates • Managing vacancies from instruction through to successful placement • Conducting sales calls and developing new business opportunities • Sourcing and screening candidates using various platforms and databases • Preparing job adverts and managing responses • Conducting interviews and providing interview feedback • Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system • Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals What We’re Looking For: • Proven sales or recruitment experience (agency or in-house) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organisation and time management abilities • Confident and professional telephone manner • Competent IT and administrative skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems) • Ability to work well in a team while also being self-motivated and proactive • A positive, results-driven attitude with a commitment to high standards What We Offer: • Competitive salary and uncapped commission structure • Supportive and friendly working environment • Ongoing training and development opportunities • The chance to grow within a reputable and expanding business If you’re an ambitious individual with a passion for people, sales, and success, we’d love to hear from you. 📧 To apply, please send your CV and a short covering note to (url removed)
