My client is looking for a confident and proactive Senior HR Advisor 12 months Fixed Term Contract to join a close-knit HR team within a growing organisation. This is a true generalist position where you’ll have the space to show initiative, shape best practice, and make a real impact. Hybrid | 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH Full time Free Parking What you’ll be doing: • Providing end-to-end generalist HR support • Managing pensions, salary sacrifice and key reporting • Leading on employee relations matters • Updating and renewing employment law policies • Supporting wellbeing initiatives and HR projects • Working in PeopleHR and partnering across the business What they’re looking for: • CIPD Level 5 qualified • Someone who can hit the ground running and work with initiative • Strong collaborator and team player with resilience • Experience in SMEs or start-ups is ideal, but corporate backgrounds also well If you match the above criteria please do contact Marsha-Louise
