You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the facilities, supporting operational efficiency and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Facilities Handyperson key responsibilities * Maintain cleanliness across non-office areas, including walkways, platforms, and walls. * Manage waste disposal, ensuring correct segregation and recycling. * Operate and maintain cleaning and site equipment safely. * Respond promptly to spillages and conduct deep cleans as required. * Perform general maintenance around the site, including hedge trimming, painting, and small construction projects (carpentry, painting and decorating). * Support building improvement projects under supervision. * Promote and adhere to all health and safety procedures. Facilities Handyperson skills and experience * Experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role (manufacturing or production environment preferred). * Training will be provided for the right candidate with relevant skills * A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. * Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. * Ability to work independently and use initiative. * Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks. * Reliable, hardworking, and professional. * Good communication skills and attention to detail
