Learning Mentor - SEMH & Dyslexia Support (Year 3 & Year 4) Location: Hammersmith & Fulham Salary: £100-£120 per day Start Date: Immediate or January 2026 About the Role Long Term Futures are working with a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham seeking a Learning Mentor to support two pupils in Year 3 and Year 4 with SEMH and Dyslexia. This full-time, long-term role suits someone with strong behaviour management, good academic ability, and a calm, mentoring approach. You'll work closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and parents to help both pupils make consistent academic and emotional progress.
