Workshop Controller

A new Accident Repair Centre in Witham is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to take charge of their busy, high-quality operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting new site, working with a great team, and play a key part in delivering first-class customer service and workshop efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day running of the accident repair workshop * Allocate work to technicians and monitor productivity * Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and insurance standards * Maintain smooth workflow and clear communication between departments * Manage job progression, quality control, and deadlines * Support and motivate the workshop team to achieve targets Requirements: * Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Bodyshop Supervisor * Strong knowledge of accident repair processes and standards * Excellent leadership and communication skills * A focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction * Full UK driving licence This is a great chance to be part of something new and exciting – if you’re an experienced Workshop Controller ready for a fresh challenge, we want to hear from you.
