Digital Print Operator / Finisher

Digital Print Operator / Finisher Basildon £13.50 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience) Pin Point Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established print company based in Basildon, who are looking for an experienced Digital Print Operator / Finisher to join their busy production team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital print and finishing equipment to ensure high-quality output and smooth production workflows. Key Responsibilities: * Operate digital print equipment efficiently and to production schedules. * Maintain high standards of print quality, accuracy, and consistency. * Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, organised, and presentable. * Operate print finishing machinery as required (e.g. cutting, laminating, binding). * Follow health & safety and quality control procedures at all times. * Support colleagues and work collaboratively to achieve production targets. About You * Previous experience operating digital print machinery is essential. * Experience working with Ricoh 9220 / 9210 digital presses is highly desirable. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. * A flexible approach and willingness to assist in other areas of production. * Candidates with print finishing experience who are keen to learn digital printing will also be considered.
