Management Consultant – Safety Location: Remotely based – National and international travel is required, approximately 80% Salary: £46,000 - £72,000 per annum, DOE + Car Allowance and Excellent Benefits! We are now recruiting for a Consultant to facilitate organisational change programmes in order to achieve safety performance improvement at client sites! Additionally, as our Management Consultant you will be responsible for: * Evaluating organisational issues, advising client organisation leadership, and implementing safety culture change initiatives. * Conducting workshops and presentations for groups large and small, across all levels of an organisation * Providing coaching to senior and mid-level leaders in client organizations * Supporting Assessments by conducting in-field observations, interviews, focus groups while supporting report out’s * Implementing systems and processes developed by Organisational Safety * Conducting analysis of client injury and accident data to report on Serious Injury and Fatality potentials and actuals * Managing client projects to achieve high level of client excellence; developing work plans; delivering work on-time and within budget constraints; and coordinating work with other consultants * Identifying new business opportunities within client organisations and work to support new business generation * Contributing to thought leadership by developing new materials, writing articles for publication, and participating in problem-solving teams * Piloting new products in support of product and service development In order to be successful in this role you must have: * Minimum 10-years’ experience working in industry or government * Master’s degree preferred, bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required * Understanding of cross-cultural differences * Background in Industrial Safety or Hygiene preferred * Ability to identify problems, apply critical thinking, and research potential solutions * High degree of professionalism and skill in verbal and written communications * Ability to develop strong and genuine client relationships; high personal credibility with all organisational levels * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player * Strong experience with organisational initiatives in safety, quality methods or other organisational change process * Experience with operations in petroleum, manufacturing, utilities, and/or transportation industries * Excellent training and presentation skills * Experience managing large, complex programs * Speaking a second language would be advantageous If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role, click on “APPLY” today!
