Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Lead production and warehouse teams, ensuring targets, quality, and compliance are consistently met Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and resource optimisation Develop, mentor, and engage teams to build a high-performing and collaborative culture Maintain food safety standards and collaborate with Quality Assurance to protect product integrity Oversee operational performance, budgets, and key business metrics, reporting to senior leadershipOperations Manager Key Requirements Proven operational management experience, in Fresh Produce, FMCG, or Food production Experience in managing budgets and applying effective management practices across operations Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and approachable style Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving and organisational skillsThis is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by overseeing site operations, leading and inspiring your team, and contributing to the success of an exceptional and high-performing business that values collaboration and development.
