Nurture Teacher – SEMH School (West Drayton) TLTP are seeking a dedicated and qualified Nurture Teacher to join a specialist SEMH School on a full-time basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Nurture Teacher who is passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. We are looking for a Nurture Teacher with experience working with KS3, KS4 and KS5 pupils, ideally within an SEMH or alternative provision setting. The school supports students who are unable to attend mainstream education due to behavioural challenges, and the successful Nurture Teacher will thrive in a calm, therapeutic and highly supportive environment. This West Drayton provision offers: A reduced curriculum focused on core subjects Small class sizes (maximum 8–10 pupils) with additional TA support A nurturing, therapeutic approach that helps pupils engage positively with learning A setting where a skilled Nurture Teacher can make a meaningful difference without requiring specialist mental health training — the students simply value high-quality teaching that helps them achieve their GCSEs and progress to their next steps This role would suit an enthusiastic, dynamic and compassionate Nurture Teacher who is committed to building strong relationships with pupils and helping them succeed.
