Senior UX Designer

Job Description: We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to turn efficiency opportunities into impactful user experiences. You’ll work in the early discovery phase, visualizing ideas and designing concepts that make complex workflows simpler and smarter. Responsibilities: * Translate inefficiencies into user-level design opportunities. * Create conceptual mockups, storyboards, and user journeys. * Design wireframes and lightweight prototypes showing future-state experiences. * Communicate ideas through visual storytelling and support workshops. * Collaborate with Service Designers and Business Analysts to ensure feasibility. * Iterate quickly based on discovery insights and stakeholder feedback. Requirements: * 5+ years of UX design experience in discovery or strategy phases. * Strong in journey mapping, storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping. * Excellent visual storytelling and collaboration skills. * Comfortable with ambiguity and conceptual thinking. Nice to Have: * Experience in consulting or transformation design. * Exposure to service design, systems thinking, or automation-focused projects
