Learning Support Assistant – Further Education Location: Derbyshire Pay: £13-£13.50 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay (PAYE) Contract: Temp, with potential to go temp‑to‑perm Start: ASAP We’re working with a well‑regarded Ofsted‑rated FE college in the Derbyshire area looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support 16–18 learners on a 1:1 or small‑group basis across vocational areas (construction, beauty, etc.). The role includes working discreetly in mainstream classes and supporting tutors with initiative.
