Telesales Executive

Location: Remote, working from home (with first-day induction in Lincoln) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday, flexible working possible) Salary: £24,375 per annum + commission (realistic OTE ~£35,000) 🥛 About The company This is a fantastic business selling to a specific client base a really interesting service solution, Yes, you'll be making lots of outgoing calls and many are cold but the service and company is well known and needed by the call recipients. So now, we’re looking for a Telesales Executive to join the team and help us spread the word. 🧠 What You’ll Actually Be Doing * Cold calling (we know, but someone’s got to do it—and you’re great at it) * Winning over the person at the end of the phone * Turning one sale into many through savvy follow-ups * Hitting and exceeding your sales targets like the legend you are * Managing the sale cycle like a pro, not a robot * Working with the awesome team across departments This isn’t about hard selling.
