Digital Print Finishing Supervisor

SG Personnel are working with a market leading printing company in Newcastle, who are looking to recruit a Digital Print Finishing Supervisor to work on a permanent basis. Duties will include: * Oversee daily operations on a busy shop floor * Monitor and adjust assignments to optimise productivity * Prepare and manage daily work schedules to meet deadlines * Supervise and monitor staff adherence to quality controls * Track and report on staff sickness and downtime * Develop, implement and adhere to operating procedures The successful candidate must have: * Previous supervisory experience * Strong working background in the industry * Ability to communicate strongly * Exceptional organisation skills * Flexibility to working patterns * Strong attention to detail This role is a weekly rotating days and backshift pattern working as below. Week 1: Tuesday to Thursday, 5.45am-5pm. Friday, 5.45am-12pm Week 2: Tuesday to Thursday, 12pm-10.30pm. Friday, 10am-6pm Salary will be confirmed at screening stage
