RM Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded organisation within the education sector, who are seeking a well-articulated and confident Personal Assistant to join their team on a part-time, temporary ongoing basis providing sick cover. The successful candidate will work 2–3 days per week (16–22.5 hours), providing essential support to the leadership team. This is an on-site position based in Birmingham, with working hours between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive administrative support to CEO, including diary and email management. * Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes. * Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * Draft correspondence, reports, and documentation as required. * Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. * Assist with travel arrangements and general office coordination tasks.
