PA to the Headteacher - Lichfield - 6-Month Assignment - ASAP Start Are you an experienced and organised PA looking for your next challenge? Academics are proud to be supporting a secondary school in Lichfield, a thriving and high-achieving secondary school, in recruiting a Personal Assistant to the Headteacher. This is a minimum 6-month assignment offering a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of school leadership. The hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (negotiable), with a daily rate of £115-£130 depending on experience. The Role: Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Headteacher. Manage diaries, appointments, and communications. Support HR administration - contracts, recruitment adverts, and onboarding. Liaise with staff, governors, and external partners on behalf of the Headteacher. Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting documentation etc. Maintain effective filing and record-keeping systems. Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination of the Headteacher's office. Requirements: Proven PA or senior administrative experience, ideally in a busy environment. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Confident using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. School experience desirable but not essential - transferable skills from corporate or public sectors welcome (i.e., fast-paced environments). Why Register with Academics?
