Description Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer enquiries. Manage and process orders efficiently, ensuring delivery deadlines are met. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Support the preparation of reports and documentation as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest solutions. Assist in coordinating with external stakeholders when necessary.Profile A successful Customer Service Assistant should have: Previous experience in a customer service , ideally within the FMCG industry. Must have experience with DTC platforms and tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
