Van Driver / Warehouse Operative – Coventry £27,460 per year Permanent | Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 | Alternate Saturdays 08:00–12:00 Looking for a role that offers both driving and hands-on warehouse work? We’re recruiting a Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a well-established distribution business based in Coventry. During peak season, around 80% of your time will be spent driving, while in quieter periods, you’ll support warehouse operations with picking, packing, and loading goods ready for dispatch. Key Responsibilities * Deliver customer orders in a professional and timely manner (up to 3.5 tonnes) * Pick, pack, and load products for delivery * Follow route plans and delivery schedules accurately * Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues * Support general warehouse operations and stock control * Work closely with colleagues to ensure high service standards About You * Over 25 years old (for insurance purposes) * Minimum 6 months’ van driving and delivery experience * Clean Cat B driving licence * Previous warehouse experience essential * Flexible, reliable, and team-orientated * Strong communicator with good attention to detail * Confident following schedules and delivery notes Interested?
