JOB PURPOSE: To carry out site visits, site servicing, repairs and installation duties as required by the Site Service Supervisor and Site Service Manager. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Carry out site visits, site servicing, repairs and installation duties as required by the Site Service Supervisor. * Complete all documentation including risk assessments and hand in to the site service supervisor once job completed. * Adhere to Health and Safety procedures at all times. * Complete daily timesheets and ensure they are handed in as per procedure. * Be available for call out shifts (rota in place 1 week in 3) and overtime as we provide 24/7 breakdown service to our customers. * Any other work within your capabilities, as required by the Site Service Supervisor or Manager. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Experience of working in a field-based engineering role. * Knowledge of electric motors, gearboxes, and pumps (essential). * Knowledge of generators (desirable). * Electrical knowledge of three phase systems and inverters. * Confined space training (advantageous). * Previous experience within similar industry (essential) * Mechanical and electrical engineering background. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Customer focused. * Driving licence essential as you will be provided with a company vehicle. * Due to the nature of the business, there is a requirement to attend call outs. * Drives & Controls Experience * PLC’s experience an advantage
