What You’ll Do as Business Development Manager: * Drive business GROWTH and PROFITABILITY by generating new commercial opportunities. * Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager to set sales and revenue goals. * Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to develop tailored solutions. * Proactively prospect and lead outreach through multiple channels: cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events. * Close contracts and negotiate commercial terms to maximise profit.
