Powder Coater

We are currently seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our team, working on a conveyorised powder coating line and automatic powder coat system. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to become part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced production environment. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm (37.5 hours/week) Pay: £14.00 per hour (minimum 2 years' experience required) Your Role Will Involve: Hand coating intricate components to a high standard Operating and maintaining automatic powder gun controls Overcoating using two-coat powder systems and recoating where required Coating to specified paint thicknesses Quality checking all finished parts Loading and unloading parts on the powder line Using cranes to handle heavier items Supporting with the preparation of parts and general paint line duties Following strict health & safety procedures at all times Meeting tight deadlines and daily production targets What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience in powder coating to a high standard (essential) Strong understanding of powder coating processes and techniques Physically fit and comfortable with manual, labour-intensive work including heavy lifting Hardworking, reliable, and flexible, with a willingness to work overtime if needed Ability to work well in a team and independently using your own initiative Well-organised, responsible, and safety-conscious Eagerness to learn and grow as part of a high-performance team Additional Information: Temporary role with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate Great opportunity to develop within a well-established company in a supportive team environment How to Apply If you’re interested in this position, please click apply now or send your CV to: (url removed) DC Personnel are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
