JOB TITLE: Buyer (Overseas Sourcing) LOCATION: Nottingham, NG15 HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm PAY: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing business specialising in international product sourcing. They are seeking an ambitious and detail-driven Buyer to join their expanding Buying team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong procurement experience and a passion for global trade to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. BENEFITS * Competitive salary and development opportunities * Friendly, supportive, and collaborative team culture * Free on-site parking * Opportunity to work with international suppliers and global markets * Full-time, permanent position with long-term career growth THE ROLE * Source and manage international suppliers, negotiating best prices, terms, and quality standards * Research global markets to identify new product opportunities and trends * Manage supplier relationships and ensure smooth overseas purchasing operations * Track shipments, lead times, and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries * Support with preparing buying plans, costings, and sales forecasts * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure successful product launches * Maintain accurate purchase orders, supplier data, and system records * Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing, and import/export regulations THE REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Buying, Procurement, or Supply Chain roles * Experience with overseas sourcing, imports, and supplier negotiations * Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities * Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities * Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or Buying systems preferred * Degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, or related field desirable APPLY NOW Join an established and forward-thinking business where your work directly supports the success of international trade and product innovation.
