The Role — What You’ll Do as a Property Lister As a Property Lister, you will be at the forefront of business generation. Your responsibilities will include: * Proactively sourcing and securing new landlord instructions through outbound and inbound calls * Negotiating terms, contracts, and fees confidently and professionally * Listing properties on leading portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket * Ensuring every listing is accurate, compelling, and conversion-focused * Building long-term relationships with landlords to encourage repeat business and referrals * Identifying new opportunities by contacting landlords currently listed with other agents * Working closely with viewing and lettings teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience * Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals This Property Lister role is commercial, target-driven, and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment where top performers are rewarded exceptionally.
