Fabric Engineer

We are looking for a Fabric Engineer to join the team of an established FM company in the Derby area on a temp to perm basis. £22-£24ph paid weekly via umbrella Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00) Temp to Perm (permanent £32000k) Derby – Static Role As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for: * Responding to reactive works within the team * Painting and decorating as needed * Repairing floor and wall coverings * Carrying out ceiling tile repairs and replacements * Performing other building and installation works as required * Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes on AHUs / FCUs, and basic plumbing requirements * Completing fire door replacements and repairs To be successful as a Fabric Engineer you will need: * Previous experience in a fabric or general building maintenance environment * Good knowledge of PPM routines and general building fabric repairs * Relevant qualifications or proven practical experience in a similar role * Ability to carry out tasks independently and to a high standard] * Joiner qualification We would like to speak to anyone with experience as a Fabric Engineer, Building Maintenance Operative, Facilities Maintenance Engineer, Joienr, Carpenter Multi or similar within the FM sector.
