Keep accurate records on the property management system and provide regular updates to landlords. Support colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of the lettings department. Skills & Experience Previous experience in residential property management (essential). Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Confident communicator with excellent people skills. Able to handle a varied workload and prioritise effectively. A good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance.
