Master Technician – Letchworth –  Main Dealership – £50,000 OTE   We are working with a Main dealership in the area who are looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department. Monday–Friday NO Saturdays  32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Annual leave purchase scheme Family-friendly benefits including Life Assurance Enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption package Reduced rates on vehicle purchases & maintenance Long service awards Employee Assistance Programme Staff referral bonusKey Master Technician Roles and Responsibilities: As Master Technician you will undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met Minimum Master Technician Requirements: Diagnostic / Master Technician level (however we are also looking for a Service Technician / MOT Tester) Have at least 2 years’ experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Master Technician/Mechanic (or similar) Must have a Driving License Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work  Master Technician – Letchworth–  Main Dealership – £50,000 OTE Job Type:- Permanent  Hours:- Full Time Job Tile:- Master Technician
