Job Title: Plumbing Engineer (Reactive Maintenance) Locations Covered: EN, WD, HP, AL & surrounding areas (incl. Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Cheshunt, Harrow, Luton, Dunstable, Harlow, Stevenage, Slough) Salary: £31,000 – £34,000 basic + realistic OTE £50–55k+ Contract: Full-time, permanent | Immediate starts available We are representing a rapidly growing service provider seeking experienced Plumbing Engineers to join their field team, working across key Hertfordshire and North/West London postcodes. Ideal for someone confident in domestic reactive plumbing work with strong customer service skills. Package & Benefits * Basic salary up to £34,000 + £55,000 OTE achievable * Fully equipped company van & fuel card * PPE + tablet + uniform provided * Company pension * Bonus / performance incentives * Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm + paid on-call rota * Overtime & weekend availability for enhanced earnings * Long-term career progression in a regulated, reputable environment The Role * Attending domestic residential properties for plumbing repair & maintenance * Leak tracing, tap/toilet/shower repairs & replacements * Water cylinder and supply pipe installations * Fitting waste pipes and general plumbing remedials * Ensuring excellent customer experience on every visit * Working to high health & safety compliance standards What We’re Looking For * NVQ Level 2/3 / City & Guilds in Plumbing (6089, 6129 etc.) * Proven experience in reactive plumbing maintenance (domestic) * Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points) * Strong communication, reliability and customer-facing confidence * Must have right to work in the UK * Willing to complete DBS / background / DVLA checks Interested or know someone suitable?
