Construction Administrator - Part time


Administrator required to join our established client on a 1 year maternity cover contract working part time 3 days a week, 8am - 5pm in Canary Wharf. The pro rata salary for 24 hours a week will be £21,360. Duties: Provide a full range of administrative support to the team Update the management system as required including revision control review once approved documentation has been issued Prepare and compile reports Follow up HSEA filing system, maintain the portal, and chase for HSEA audit information Export data from Health and Safety digital platform Order stationary, PPE Lead accreditation submissions, PQQ's and audits PA duties; book train tickets and hotel accomodationBenefits: £21,360 pro rata of £35,600 per annum Part time 3 days a week 25 days holiday Option to buy 3 additional days every year Pension X2 life assurance Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loans Discounted gym membershipsExperience required: Previous administration experience is essential Administrative experience in Construction, Property, Health and Safety is desirable Able to work confidentially Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skillsPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
