We work closely with supportive schools seeking committed and skilled teaching assistants for both long-term roles and flexible cover assignments. About the Role As a Secondary SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils one-to-one or in small groups, often working with students with additional needs such as autism (ASD), ADHD, or SEMH. Assist in delivering lesson content and encouraging positive behaviour. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
