We're working on behalf of our Belfast client who are currently hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative ( Telesales Agent ) to join a growing sales team in the heart of Belfast! You'll generate leads, book appointments, and play a key part in driving business growth - all while earning uncapped commission and working in a fun, fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to generate new sales leads Book qualified appointments for the Field Sales Team Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, pipeline growth) Build rapport with prospects and identify their business needs Update CRM system with accurate lead info and follow-up tasks Work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities Criteria Previous telesales/sales experience (Telecoms background is a bonus) Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls CRM and IT proficient Driven, competitive, and target-focused Team player with a positive attitude and self-motivation Benefits £25,500 starting salary + uncapped commission (OTE £35K+) Monday to Friday schedule - your evenings and weekends are yours!
