Our client is a leading training provider delivering training to the military. They now have a requirement for a Contract Manager to manage the Royal Signals Apprenticeship contract at Blandford Forum, Dorset. Some travel will be required; however this is occasional. The successful Contract Manager will manage a team of coaches alongside managing the performance of the Royal Signals contract, maximising learner engagement and achievement. Candidates must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS. Contract Manager – Royal Signals Responsibilities: * Maintaining qualified and competent staffing. * Ensuring compliance with audit and other regulatory requirements. * Managing any performance issues effectively to a satisfactory resolution. * Analysing and actioning feedback to achieve consistent high levels of customer satisfaction. * Identifying current and future customer needs and working collaboratively with colleagues in other departments to create fit-for-purpose and relevant delivery. * Reporting accurate and timely performance data to the Management Team. * Driving accountability for learner achievement through the delivery team structure. * Championing delivery team ownership of learner/employer engagement, progress and data accuracy. * Representing the company at Army meetings. Contract Manager – Royal Signals Requirements: * Proven managerial experience ideally with a recognised management qualification. * Technical background – networking/digital/communications. * Experience within a training/instructional role would be advantageous. * The ability to work effectively as a leader and as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills. * IT Literate. * Hold a valid driving licence, with access to own vehicle.
