In the UK we generate over 100,000 customer enquiries each month and book in tens of thousands of vehicles through our high-traffic websites and nationwide operations. We have now launched across the United States, with multiple states already live and an ambitious plan to expand nationwide. Our rapid expansion and success have been driven by outstanding people, a strong culture, and our ability to lean into the advantages of cutting-edge technology. We are not a speculative startup. We have been established for over 15 years, are highly profitable, and have achieved this scale without external funding. That gives us both security and momentum – and yet, despite our size, we have kept the excitement, energy and ambition of a startup. Our team is collaborative, ambitious and relentlessly driven to be the best and most exciting place to work in our sector. Our target is bold: we are working towards a billion-dollar valuation within the next five years. Along the way, we want our growth to make a positive difference to others. We have already donated over £1 million to various charities, and as we scale, so too will our donations. We offer a great base salary and bonus system, but the real game changer is what comes over the longer term. Because of the huge opportunity for growth in the US, we intend to explore opportunities to provide equity in the business for those who make an exceptional impact in driving this expansion. We want the people who help us achieve our most ambitious goals to share directly in the value they create. This can result in genuinely life-changing benefits as the company continues its growth journey. The Role This is a high-impact position for a hands-on, commercially minded Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning ideas into impact. You will take full ownership of our digital ecosystem – which includes eight internal software platforms (covering pricing, logistics, customer communications, and auction tools) and five lead-generation websites that drive over 100,000 monthly enquiries. Working closely with our UX Lead, development team, and heads of department, you’ll ensure every improvement is clearly mapped, prioritised, and delivered with speed and precision. You’ll define the product roadmap, manage sprints, and be the central link between business strategy and technical execution. This role requires someone who is as comfortable writing user stories and refining specs as they are running discovery workshops and shaping long-term product direction. Key Responsibilities • Take full ownership of all digital products across the business, including internal software systems, lead generation websites, and AI-powered tools • Define, prioritise, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring development work directly supports growth and efficiency • Work with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify high-impact opportunities • Translate commercial goals into detailed requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team • Manage sprint planning and backlog refinement to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery • Collaborate closely with the UX Lead and development team to bring ideas to life through design, iteration, and testing • Measure and report on product performance, user adoption, and ROI • Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and new technology adoption • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, driving clarity, accountability, and measurable progress What We’re Looking For • 6–10 years’ experience in product management or ownership, ideally across multiple digital systems and websites • A proven track record of owning and scaling a digital product to significant growth – someone who has done it before and can do it again • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across complex products and teams • Strong technical understanding of web applications, APIs, and agile development • Confident working at both strategic and detailed levels — shaping vision while staying hands-on • Strong commercial focus with the ability to link development work to business metrics and ROI • Experience delivering products in fast-moving, data-driven environments • Excellent communicator, able to influence stakeholders across departments • Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and continual improvement Location and Flexibility Our offices are based on the South Coast (Tangmere and Portchester). The role can be office-based, hybrid, or remote for the right candidate, with quarterly in-person collaboration sessions encouraged.
