Maintenance Team Member Location: Polmadie, Glasgow Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Rolling Contract Rullion are looking for talented Maintenance Team Members with strong electrical and mechanical skills to join a long-term contract at the Train Care Depot in Polmadie. This is a fantastic chance to grow your career in rolling stock maintenance, while working with a friendly, supportive, and highly skilled team. Shift pattern: 2 Shift - Earlies and Lates Pay rates (2-Shift): First 12 weeks: PAYE £22.67 p/h / Umbrella £28.91 p/h After 12 weeks: PAYE £25.73 p/h / Umbrella £34.63 p/h IR35 status: Inside IR35 (PAYE & Umbrella only) Equipment: PPE provided by Rullion, tooling provided by client Your role: Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be a valued member of the team, responsible for: Servicing, maintaining, and repairing high-profile rolling stock fleets Fault finding, diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Supporting continuous improvements in quality and performance About you: We're looking for individuals with: A recognised ONC/NVQ Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification Experience in Rolling Stock, Aerospace, Military Engineering, Automotive, or other large-scale transport sectors Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Reside in the within reasonable distance to site (due to travel time and fatigue considerations) Important: A strict Drug & Alcohol policy applies - testing will be required prior to start.
