Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Mansfield Location: Nottinghamshire Contract: Term Time Only Pay Rate: £90 – £115 per day (depending on experience) Provide Education are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support fantastic schools in the Mansfield area. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and development, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons. Key Responsibilities: * Provide classroom support to pupils across different year groups. * Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and learning activities. * Deliver small group and 1:1 support to help pupils reach their full potential. * Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. * Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Requirements: * A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). * Experience supporting pupils in a classroom setting. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting learning. * An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply).
