Project Manager

Independently owned Property Consultancy is looking to recruit an Intermediate Project Manager to be based in Birmingham. THE COMPANY  My client has a strong presence in the UK and employs circa 100 members of staff across 5 regional offices. They have a fantastic reputation with clients and have relationships that date back over 30 years. Projects are across a number of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education, Leisure and Hotels.  THE POSITION  Due to their ambitious growth plans they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their Birmingham office. The Project Manager will be given the opportunity to be the client lead on some of the companies key projects.
