Senior Load Engineer required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Denmark Responsibilities Design of wind turbines, and their offshore support structure Aerodynamic and structural dynamics of wind turbines, hydrodynamics, geotechnics, wind turbine control and load-control strategies Aeroelastic modelling of offshore wind turbines Load validation based on measurements. Accountable for leading load-related activities across development, design, and operational phases of offshore wind projects. Measures technical integrity, supports operational excellence, drives innovation and foments continuous improvement to optimize asset performance and reduce cost. Inspires colleagues. Acts as a bridge between internal departments, external turbine OEMs and foundation teams. Requirements A scientific or engineering degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) degree, technical discipline or equivalent, preferably with a project management education on top. More than 7 years of experience in the subject of aeroelasticity and structural dynamics of offshore wind turbines
