Call Centre Advisor – Inbound (Insurance Claims) Location: Mansfield (on-site) Salary: £23,809.50 per year Hours: • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm during training • Once trained: 8:00am – 4:00pm OR 10:00am – 6:00pm (rotating shifts) • Saturday rota: 1 in 7, 9:00am – 1:00pm About the Role: We’re seeking a confident and reliable individual to join a busy inbound call centre, supporting customers through their insurance claims journey. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Duties: • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding insurance claims • Manage and progress claims from start to finish • Provide excellent customer support and build strong rapport • Complete accurate data entry and general administration tasks • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients • Remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations What We’re Looking For: • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong background in customer service • Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Confident using Microsoft Office • Team player with a proactive and supportive attitude Desirable Experience: • Previous experience in insurance or claims handling • Experience in a call centre or fast-paced customer service role • Knowledge of property or insurance-related queries How to Apply: • Call us on (phone number removed) • Email your CV to mansfield • Text “Call Centre” to (phone number removed) for a call back If you do not hear from us within 72 hours, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
