Hours: Days, Rotating & Nights

About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and motivated CNC Millers Whether you are an experienced Programmer , Setter , or Operator , we have opportunities available at various levels to suit your expertise.

Responsibilities (depending on level):

• Programmers:
• Create, edit, and optimise CNC milling programs (Fanuc/Heidenhain/Siemens or similar).
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Work closely with production teams to improve efficiency and quality.
• Setters:
• Set up CNC milling machines for production runs.
• Select and install tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
• Carry out first-off inspections and ensure accuracy.
• Operators:
• Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components.
• Monitor production runs and perform basic quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous CNC milling experience at the relevant level.
• Strong understanding of precision engineering and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a positive, proactive approach.
