MIG Fabricator

Job Title: MIG Fabricator Temp to Perm
Location: North Birmingham / Smethwick
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (overtime available)
Pay Rate: GBP15.00 per hour

We are looking for an experienced MIG Fabricator to join our team for an immediate start. This is a temp-to-perm role with excellent long-term prospects. The position involves hands-on fabrication work, producing high-quality components to specification. While MIG welding is essential, TIG and ARC welding experience would be an advantage.

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication to a high standard

• Read and work from engineering drawings

• Fabricate and assemble components to project specifications

• Support with TIG and ARC welding when required

• Work both independently and as part of a team

• Follow all health & safety procedures

• Minimum 2 years MIG welding and fabrication experience

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• TIG and ARC welding experience (advantageous)

• Punctual, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude

• Local to Smethwick / North Birmingham area

• No formal qualifications required

• Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term stability
