Stores Person

Our client, a leading organisation, is currently seeking a Stores Person to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

• Managing and controlling stock levels
• Operating within the stores area to handle materials and stock items
• Loading and strapping down flatbed lorries
• Ensuring the accurate recording and management of inventory
• Using forklifts to move materials safely
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Conducting regular stock checks and audits
• Collaborating with other departments as necessary

• Experience in stores/materials/stock control
• Warehouse experience, including forklift operation
• Ability to load and strap down flatbed lorries
• Good attention to detail with competency in IT
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle for site access
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 16:30 with a 30-minute lunch break
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
