What You ll Be Doing As Assistant Design Manager, you ll play a key role in managing design outputs and technical coordination across multiple projects. Expect to:

Support in managing consultant teams and design deliverables.
Review drawings and documentation to spot risks and opportunities.
Attend design and progress meetings.
Drive technical queries through to resolution.

This is a rare opportunity to gain direct mentorship and high-level exposure while contributing to major live projects.

What You ll Bring

1 3 years experience in design coordination or technical support within construction.
Exposure to industrial, logistics, or commercial builds (preferred but not essential).
Strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and confidence to take initiative.
