The Role

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of case managers, ensuring high standards of service.
• Oversee daily team operations, including workflow, priorities, and client queries.
• Use performance data to track progress, identify improvements, and drive results.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
• Foster collaboration, engagement, and a positive team culture.
• Handle escalations with professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in remortgage or residential property transactions.
• Proven experience managing or supervising a team.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
