An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working on an Established portfolio near Westminster.

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Site Supervisor to work in a Commercial environment near Westminster. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Westminster.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Lead Engineer or Supervisor currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical & Mechanical maintenance. In return the company are offering a salary up to 52,000 with overtime and training + development.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with PPM's and Reactive works (Electrical & Mechanical)
• Reporting into the Engineering Manager
• Overseeing a small team of Engineers
• Provide technical support
• Updating site log books
• Ensuring all compliance is up to date
• Provide further works reports where required
• Completing all works to a high standard
• Toolbox Talks

Required Skills:

• Level 3 Electrical & 18th Edition / Level 3 Mechanical / Level 3 Plumbing
• Previous experience within a similar position
• Health & Safety Knowledge
• Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
