Cnc Miller

We re hiring for a CNC Miller to join a forward-thinking engineering team in Glossop , working on complex, high-spec components for a wide range of industries.

This is a hands-on role where your technical knowledge and attention to detail will directly contribute to the production of precision parts, using top-tier machinery and software in a clean, well-equipped workshop.

What s on offer?

• GBP15.00 GBP20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Monday Friday (38-hour week)
• Flexible start and finish times
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

What will you be doing as a CNC Miller?

• Programming, setting, and operating 5-axis and 4th axis CNC milling machines
• Using Hurco WinMax controls and NCG CAM software to produce complex components
• Interpreting detailed technical drawings and working to tight tolerances
• Conducting quality checks using appropriate tools and inspection equipment
• Carrying out machine maintenance and ensuring a clean, safe work environment

What do you need?

• Proven experience in CNC milling, particularly with 5-axis/4th axis machinery
• Knowledge of Hurco controls and CAM software (NCG preferred)
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with confidence
