Senior/ Quantity Surveyor – New Build Apartments 📍 Location: Sheffield 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent 💷 Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience 📅 Start Date: ASAP Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for residential construction? Do you have experience working under JCT and NEC contracts? With a strong pipeline of upcoming sites and a reputation for excellence, we’re seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our team. 🔧 Role Responsibilities: * Manage the commercial aspects of multiple new build housing developments * Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities * Conduct cost analysis and manage project budgets * Negotiate contracts and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers * Administer and manage JCT and NEC contracts * Monitor project progress and prepare regular cost/value reports * Work closely with project managers, site teams, and the senior leadership ✅ Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential construction * Proven track record working with JCT and NEC forms of contract * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required 💡 What We Offer: * Competitive salary + car allowance * Performance-based bonus scheme * Career development and progression opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment * 25 days holiday + bank holidays For more infortmation - please apply by attaching copy of your CV
