Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Facilities Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. We are looking for a Facilities Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Facilities Manager, will be responsible for: * Acting as the primary representative for allocated sites, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery. * Ensuring all legal and contractual service elements are delivered to the required standard, within target timeframes, and in line with agreed KPIs. * Ensuring PPM and reactive works are completed on time and that all SLAs are met. * Maintaining complete, accurate, and up-to-date site documentation in accordance with company standards. * Keeping all asset information current and well-documented. * Participating in the forward maintenance planning and review process. * Ensuring all statutory compliance activities are up to date and accurately reported. To be successful for this Facilities Manager role you must have: * A strong understanding of facilities services and maintenance operations. * Proven experience in service delivery and people management. * IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience using CAFM systems. * A professional qualification in a related FM discipline (desirable).
