Year 3 Class Teacher - Harrow (Full-Time, Academic Year) Location: Harrow, West London Start Date: September 2025 Salary: £195 - £255 per day (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term (September 2025 - July 2026) SANZA Teaching Agency is helping a thriving three-form entry primary school in Harrow to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled Year 3 Class Teacher for the full academic year starting September 2025. This is a full-time teaching position working within a busy Year 3 team. Candidates with direct Year 3 teaching experience and a strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum will be especially welcomed. Role Overview: Lead teaching in a Year 3 classroom within a large, well-resourced three-form entry school Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the Year 3 curriculum Collaborate closely with the Year 3 team on planning, assessment, and pupil progress Use a range of strategies to support all learners and promote positive behaviour Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment Candidate Profile: We are seeking a candidate who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant teaching experience Has a good understanding of the Year 3 curriculum requirements and expectations Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills Is a confident team player who contributes to collaborative planning and school life Shows commitment to the academic and personal development of all pupils Why Choose SANZA?
