Level 2 Pest Control Technician (Van-Based)
Location: Winchester / Southampton Area
Salary: 30,000 - 31,000 + Overtime + Commission (OTE 40k - 45k)

My client is seeking an experienced Level 2 Pest Control Technician to join their established team, covering the Winchester and Southampton area. This is a van-based role, offering a competitive salary with additional earning potential through overtime and commission.

Responsibilities:

Carry out pest control treatments and proofing work in line with company and industry standards.
Inspect, identify, and report on pest activity, recommending appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate service records and complete all necessary paperwork.
Provide excellent customer service, offering advice and reassurance to clients.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and environmental legislation.

Requirements:

BPCA / RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management (or equivalent).
Proven industry experience in pest control.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
