Customer Service Team Leader (Planning / Scheduling)


Permanent, Full Time

Office based 8am - 5pm

We are looking to recruit a Supervisor / Team Leader to join our Maida ValeTeam.

About the Role

As the Customer Team Leader, you will ensure the Hub contact centre operations delivers the required performance, delivering a great customer contact experience through a variety of customer contact channels which might be; Phone, Email, Video, Social, Correspondence.

Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for leading a team supporting the day-to-day activity. You’ll drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, whilst ensuring ensure exceptional customer relationships are maintained.

About You

• Excellent supervisory skills

• Previous experience of leading and managing a small team of planners

• Experience of working in a social housing repairs environment

• Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships

• Strong understanding of WIP management ensuring targets are met and exceeded to achieve excellent customer satisfaction at all times

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
