HR Helpdesk Team Leader


My client, a national services based business are looking for an HR helpdesk team leader for their site in Manchester.

This role will involve overseeing a team of HR administrators taking calls from the wider business on Employment Law and Employee Relations queries.

You will need the following experience:

  • Employment Law
  • Employee Relations
  • Running a help desk team
  • Using a ticketing system
  • RTW/DBS/Reference checking system
  • HRIS
  • Experience with high volume calls within a regulated sector
  • CIPD qualified
