Sales Administrator

The Job

You will be an essential part of the sales team within the wider operations office. As a main point of contact for clients across the country you will liaise with the production and transport teams to ensure orders are delivered in line with customer expectations.

Delivery excellent service and sales support to all customers (internal and external) you will support the aim of increased sales and profitability.

You will be able be to develop strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and your strong communication skills.

You will help to improve office procedures and ensure compliance with legal requirements and customer SLA's.

You will be proactive in communicating with customers about delivery delays and suggesting product alternatives and upselling as and when appropriate and opportunities allow.

You will have

• Strong customer service experience
• Ideally a good understanding of production and supply chain processes.
• Very good language skills in both written and spoken English including the ability to communicate at all levels,
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office, ERP, Net suite)
• A 'can do' attitude with the ability to work independently in what can be a busy, pressured environment.
• Possesses strong organisational skills and be able to reason with a high social competence; be a team player and eager to face new challenges with enthusiasm, commitment and an open mind.
• Be capable of working to deadlines whilst remaining level-headed under pressure, be self-motivated and possess good reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000 - 29,000.00 per year
